Keith Kadish 

Mr. Kadish was born and raised in Western New York. He graduated from Williamsville North High School, received his B.S. from the State University of New York at Fredonia, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University in 1985.

Mr. Kadish was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1986 and is distinguished as a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, where he belongs to its Matrimonial and Family Committee; the Erie County bar Association, where he belongs to the Matrimonial Committee; and the Erie County Family Court Practice and Procedure Committee. Mr. Kadish has also been an adjunct professor of Family Law at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Mr. Kadish practices in the areas of Matrimonial and Family Law including Divorce, Property Distribution, Custody, Visitation, Support, and Family Offense Proceedings.

Robert Fiordaliso

Mr. Fiordaliso has been engaged in the practice of law since 1986. He is a member of the New York State (member of the Insurance, Negligence and Compensation Law, Criminal and General Practice Sections) and Erie County Bar Associations (where he is currently Chair of the Erie County Bar’s Lawyer Referral and Information Service Committee and is a member of the Worker’s Compensation and Criminal Law Committees). He is also a member of the New York State Defenders Association.

Mr. Fiordaliso graduated from Albany Law School of Union University with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1985. He is also a 1981 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a 1977 graduate of Canisius High School.

Mr. Fiordaliso has a general practice in the areas of Real Estate Law, Worker’s Compensation and Social Security Disability, as well as Criminal, Vehicle and Traffic, and General Civil Litigation.

A resident of Tonawanda, Mr. Fiordaliso currently serves on the Board of the Ken-Ton Friends of Youth Foundation, Inc.
